Hoolihan Property Advisory and Consultancy is owned and operated by Andrew Hoolihan, a local who was born and raised on the Far North Coast and was previously a partner in Hoolihan Valuations and Taylor Byrne.

I primarily undertake valuations for Strata Unit Entitlement Scheme Establishment, Property Settlement, Stamp Duty purposes, Superannuation Fund Audits, Market Rental Assessments and varied litigation matters.
